Felicia Masias (Aphrodite/ Sexy Mom 1) is a film and theatre actor. She is originally from Texas and is excited to be performing in "Sex in Mommyville" with such an amazing cast! She graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. Since graduating she has been in numerous productions, including "We are the lawmakers" which played at the New York Fringe Festival. She recently finished a feature film "Clouded," directed by Cirtis Easley.
Kelly Calabrese (Sexy Mom 2/ Paralegal) is an actor, host and writer. Performing since age 7 in children's theatre, Kelly lives each day as a creative spirit. Most recently, Kelly appeared as the host of "Give Me That Break!", as a spaceport attendant for PBS's "NOVA" and in several industrials/commercials. Kelly also performed on a house team at The People's Improv Theater (The PIT NYC), in many independent films and has written her own one woman murder mystery called "Wasn't Me." Kelly takes acting classes with Sande Shurin in NYC, works as an entertainment journalist and is finishing up her Middle Grade novel. She is thrilled to be a part of the hilarious adventure known as "Sex in Mommyville."
Stephanie Lovell (Athena/ Sexy Mom 3) is an actress and comedian. A few of her stage credits include, "Reckless", "Love's, Labor's, Lost", "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change", the original musical, "Good Morning Athens", which performed at the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts Center in DC, and "Thoroughly Stupid Things", which appeared in the New York Fringe Festival. She appeared in the web series, "Stoop Sale", and recently filmed an independent sit-com pilot, "Polltakers". She studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade and has performed at numerous locations throughout the city. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BFA in Theatre Performance, where she won the National Mark Twain Prize for Comedic Performance at the American College Theatre Festival in DC. She is so grateful to all of her friends and family for their support and she is excited and thankful to be a part of this amazing production.
Frank Trezza is an actor, director and Professor of Theatre Studies. Frank's professional theatre credentials as an actor in NYC include work in film, television, and on the stage. His directing credits include a range of plays from Guys and Dolls to King Lear. Most recently, Frank appeared in Polar Bear Swim at the Half Moon Theatre. Frank holds a PhD in Theatre Studies from Florida State University, an MFA in directing from CUNY Brooklyn College, and a BFA in acting from SUNY Purchase. He has also trained professionally as an actor with the legendary Uta Hagen and at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. In his other life,Frank is a faculty member at SUNY New Paltz.
Jim Coakley is an actor and singer making his first appearance in a Manhattan Repertory Theater production. A few of his stage credits include: Paganini in "Paganini", Aimable the Baker in "The Baker's Wife", The Stage Manager in "Our Town", The Padre in "Man Of La Mancha", Karl Lindner in "A Raisin In The Sun", Cmdr. Walter Stone in "A Few Good Men", Arvide in "Guys And Dolls", and an ensemble role in "And The World Goes 'Round". He is finishing work on the Independent Film "Run" based on the novel Speedsuit Powers, which should be out in January, and currently can be seen as one of two main character in a commercial for itsRelevant.com.
Anton Rayn (Poseiden/ Watson/ Oprah) is a film and theater actor, writer, and director. He originally studied all aspects of performance and puppet theater in Kiev, Ukraine, and continued his education in the US, graduating from Brandeis University. He spent the better part of his childhood as a child performer and continues to be actively involved in theater and film as an adult (with and without puppets): Les Misérables (JCHS), Joe and Mary's Irish/Italian Wedding (NY Dinner Theater), Sleeping Beauty (Growing Stage), New York Renaissance Faire, Besht's Magical Journey. Paul Siebold (PR) is the managing director of OFF OFF PR, a firm dedicated to promoting independent theatrical productions through effective marketing communications. He has been a marketing, promotions and public relations executive for over 15 years. Paul’s work has helped to achieve significant pre-press, sold-out houses and post-production success for his clients. Among his many successes, Paul was the publicist for the 2008 and 2009 winners of the New York Innovative Theatre Award's "Outstanding Production of a Musical." Paul has publicized comedies, dramas, musicals, plays, dance and solo performances as part of festivals, theater company seasons and independently produced productions. Molly Ballerstein (Director) is a theatre artist with a concentration on directing and new work. She recently Stage Managed the world premiere of Oswald at the Richmond Shepard Theater. In January she participated in Here Arts Center's Culturefest. In Boston she worked on the world premiere one man show According to Tip with Ken Howard. Molly studied Theatre Production at Northeastern University in Boston where she worked with designers and directors to develop a concentration on collaborative new performance piece. Nicole Cotton (Associate Producer) is an active musician, playing with the Astoria Symphony and other ensembles in the New York City area. Nicole is also a sought after wind instructor, teaching privately and at the Woodmere Music School and production manger in many areas. She is currently the Production Manager for a classical music production company that is in Avery Fisher and Alice Tully Hall, at Lincoln Center, almost weekly. Along with this, she has three years experience in Carnegie Hall and Weill Recital Hall. Last year she was on the ground floor of a show by Eric Whitacre called, Paradise Lost, which she served as Production and Stage Manager. This March the show went to Chicago's Auditorium Theatre, and she followed it to Disney Hall in Los Angeles on June 25th. Originally from Arkansas, she obtained her B.A. in Music from the University of Arkansas and completed her Masters Degree in Clarinet Performance from New York University. Nicole had the opportunity to be a performer and personal assistant to Dr. Esther Lamneck for the New Music program in Florence, Italy. |
